Shipping Policy
We ship through USPS primarily and provide complimentary free shipping on USA domestic orders over 66$ and 220$ for international orders. All other orders are subject to covering shipping. All orders are subject to MN sales tax. We offer other expedited orders at checkout. International orders go through customs and thus are impossible to calculate shipping ETA's in many cases as a result. Please keep in mind that not all shipping options account for the potential processing time of 3 business days, and that orders placed on or after 12pm CT and over the weekend will be processed and shipped 1-3 business days from the following Monday.We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At times package scans by our carriers may slow deliveries, though for the most part this is uncommon.
Return & Exchange Policy
Way of The Tiger Soap Co values our customers above all else and will work with you should trouble arise and you can reach out to wayofthetigersoapco@gmail.com for assistance with any issue and we will respond within 24 hours. We will replace damaged items upon proof being provided of said damage and if we send you the wrong item we will right that wrong at no cost to you. We are not accepting returns or exchanges as we provide a guarantee of satisfaction along with our products. All other questions or concerns should be directed to wayofthetigersoapco@gmail.com.
